rockin' stay at the zeppelin!

game room pool table central location helpful staff

the game room was awesome. it had a pool table, a foosball table, and even shuffleboard! i spent hours there just relaxing and having fun. i thought the location was fantastic too. it's super close to union square, so i walked everywhere and explored with ease. the staff was always smiling and ready to assist.

the only tiny issue i had was the elevator being a little slow during peak hours, though it wasn't a huge deal.

my beautiful king room was really nice. it featured a comfortable king bed, cool band themed decor, and good space for luggage. i loved the bathroom, it included trendy toiletries, a rainfall shower, and fluffy towels.

the hotel includes a really nice gym with modern equipment. i noticed three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the game room offered several fun activities like pool and shuffleboard for unwinding after a long day.

an awesome stay

friendly check-in convenient location downstairs game area

I was impressed by the friendly check-in. rodaba was very helpful, and that began my positive experience. i also appreciated the convenience of the location, near yerba buena gardens. the downstairs game area provided entertainment. I found it quite fun.

the bathroom counter space was smaller than i would have liked.

The staff offered complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby each morning. I thought that was very kind. rodoba even called my room to ensure i was settled in and to see if i needed anything additional. I found this proactive approach amazing. the front desk went out of their way to ensure i had a good stay.
